How quickly can RidgePoint Staffing fill open industrial roles?
Under 24hrs. We begin dispatching vetted workers almost immediately by leveraging our active candidate pool and a fully digital, mobile-first onboarding platform. Because we routinely scale to manage 500-600 weekly workers, we have the operational capacity to fill high-volume requests without the administrative delays common to legacy staffing systems.
How do you ensure payroll and invoicing accuracy for temporary workers?
We utilize a fully integrated digital backend that connects mobile time-clocks directly to our payroll system, keeping our payroll exception rate under 2%. This prevents the invoicing errors and billing delays that typically frustrate operations managers when working with staffing partners.
